### What you’re about — and for whom

A cold viewer from recommendations won't solve a puzzle. They need it immediately: **what you're about and who it's for**.

### One-liner formula

**I help [who] do / get [what] through [how / angle].**

Examples:

- “I help beginner runners finish their first 5K without injury”
- “Short recipes for people who hate cooking for an hour”
- “Reels for experts: no dancing, just value and leads”

> If you can't say it out loud in 5 seconds — your profile will be mush.

### Niche ≠ a cage forever

A niche is **focus right now**, not a tattoo. You can expand later. First, one clear door — not ten half-open ones.

### Quick test

Show your profile header to a friend outside the scene. Ask: “What's this account about?”
If they miss or say “uh… random stuff” — rewrite the line.

## Check yourself

Why do you need a niche in one sentence?

1. To sound smarter than competitors
2. So in 3–5 seconds it's clear who you help and why
3. So you can post anything under one umbrella
4. So you can stack as many broad hashtags as possible

Explanation: View-to-follow conversion starts with clarity. A fuzzy “about everything” profile rarely holds cold traffic.
