### Hygiene first

Reach crashed. Panic whispers: “buy more,” “find shadowban removal,” “new account tomorrow.” Stop. Hygiene first.

### Plan for 1–2 weeks

1. **Stop the gray stuff** — No fake growth, mass-following, spam comments, sketchy “boosts.”
2. **Clean the leftovers** — Pull junk/risky tags from recent posts. Kill gray automation. Change passwords if you shared access.
3. **Check for violations** — Look at account status / reports / restrictions in the app. If they ask you to appeal — appeal calmly, without a dozen new accounts.
4. **Bring back live signals** — Post less often, but better. Reply to comments. Make content people watch and save — not “for the checklist.”
5. **Watch the trend, not one post** — One clip is noise. A week or two of clean work is a signal.

### What not to do as “treatment”

- Buying “shadowban removal”
- Buying more followers “to revive” the account
- Spamming every DM with “follow me”
- Dumping the same toxic tag block
- Creating 10 panic accounts (worse if they get linked)

### If it was a hard ban

Sometimes the profile can’t be saved. Then a new account only works with **clean** habits. Old schemes = the same ending.

### Course wrap-up

Fake growth sells a shortcut. Usually it’s a hook: pretty numbers → dead base → limits → panic → even grayer tactics.

> **The long road:** The long path is boring. But the account stays yours.

## Check yourself

First step after a sharp reach drop?

1. Urgently buy more followers and views
2. Stop gray schemes and remove toxic tags/automation
3. Delete the account the same day
4. Slap on 30 identical tags “for a boost”

Explanation: First you remove the risk cause and give the platform clean signals. Buying more numbers and spam almost always deepen the hole.
