### The algorithm rarely does it alone

“Just post — the algorithm will handle it” sometimes works. At the start you more often need a **manual attention boost**.

> First eyes almost never come “from nowhere.” You usually bring them.

### Channels for first eyes

1. **Recommendations** — hooks, retention, series
2. **Friends and warm audience** — “it’s not cringe,” it’s a signal starter
3. **Comments in the niche** — useful ones, not “follow me”
4. **Collabs / duets / shared Stories**
5. **Other platforms** — Telegram, chats, forums, offline (where it fits)
6. **Saves and shares** — ask honestly if the content deserves it

### What not to do

- Spamming the same comment under a hundred videos
- Mutual “like for like” farm schemes
- Expecting one post to close the thousand

### Mindset

> **Fuel rule:** First viewers are fuel. Then the algorithm can pick you up. Without the first sparks, it’s often silence.
