### A frame instead of chaos

Chaos on set gets fixed with a frame

> Here’s a simple one for 30–60 seconds.

### The frame

1. **0–3 sec — hook** (text + promise)
2. **One-line context** — who it’s for
3. **2–4 meat points** — steps / reasons / mistakes
4. **Example** — fast, on your fingers
5. **CTA** — one action
6. **No empty ending** — don’t drag a black screen

### Timing example (45 sec)

**0–3** (hook)

Hook on screen

**3–8** (mistake)

“Here’s the mistake”

**8–35** (the meat)

Three short points

**35–42** (example)

Mini example

**42–45** (CTA)

“Save / comment X”

### Filming without a studio

- Talk shorter than feels “normal”
- Cut the pauses
- One background, phone mic — fine
- Cutaways: text, zooms, inserts — help retention

> **The seconds limit:** If the idea won’t fit in 60 seconds — cut the topic, don’t speed-talk into mush.

## Check yourself

What should the structure open with?

1. A long hello and introduction
2. A hook with a clear promise
3. A list of all the author’s socials
4. Captions with 15 hashtags

Explanation: Structure starts with a reason to stay. You can intro briefly later — or leave it in the profile.
