This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Coloring Books for Adults ("Application") for mobile devices.

No Personal Data: This application does not require accounts, registration, or collection of personal information. We only collect technical data for app functionality and advertising. 2. Data Usage & Sharing

  • Save coloring progress locally - maintain your creative work and app preferences directly on your device without external transmission
  • Serve personalized advertisements - display ads that are more relevant to your interests based on technical data while respecting your privacy
  • Improve app performance and fix bugs - use technical data to identify and resolve issues, optimize performance, and enhance user experience
  • Understand user preferences and interactions - analyze how features are used to guide future development and improvements

CCPA Notice: Data sharing with advertising partners may constitute "selling" under California law. You can opt-out through device settings by resetting your Advertising ID or enabling limit ad tracking features in your device's privacy settings.

3. Your Control

Retention: 13 months for technical data - we maintain technical analytics data for a limited period to support app improvement and then automatically delete it

Options:

  • Device settings: Reset Advertising ID and limit ad tracking - you have full control over advertising preferences through your device's operating system settings
  • Uninstall: Removes all local data immediately - when you remove the app, all your coloring progress and local data are permanently deleted from your device
  • Email: Request technical data deletion - you can contact us to request deletion of any technical data we may have stored in our analytics systems

4. Location Information

This Application does not collect precise location information. We do not track your geographical location or use location-based services in any form.

6. Age Restrictions

This application is intended for users aged 13 and above. The application itself does not collect any information from children under 13 and has no functionality designed to collect personal data. However, third-party advertising SDKs integrated into the app may collect technical data for advertising purposes. All coloring progress, saved artwork, and app state are stored locally on your device only.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected technical data from children under 13 through advertising SDKs, we will take steps to delete such information as quickly as possible.

We implement reasonable security measures for the limited data we collect, including technical and organizational safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.
