This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Тест ПДД – Билеты AB ГАИ 2025 ("Application") for mobile devices.
No Accounts Required: This application does not require registration or collect personal information. We only collect technical data for app functionality and advertising. Your learning progress and test results remain private and stored only on your device.

1. Data Collection
Technical Data:
- Device information and operating system - technical specifications about your mobile device to ensure proper app functionality and compatibility across different devices
- Advertising ID (resettable in device settings) - a resettable identifier used by advertising networks to display relevant advertisements while protecting your anonymity
- App usage analytics (session length, features used) - anonymous data about how you use the app to improve learning experience and feature development
- IP address (anonymized for country-level analytics) - collected in anonymized form for basic analytics, security monitoring, and regional content customization
Local Progress: Your test results, progress, and app state stored only on your device - your learning achievements, completed tests, and study progress remain exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to external servers
No Personal Data: We do not collect names, emails, or any personally identifiable information. Your identity remains anonymous, and we have no way to associate your learning progress with your personal identity.
2. Data Usage
- Save your learning progress locally - preserve your test results, study progress, and app preferences directly on your device without external transmission
- Display relevant advertisements - show ads that may be more interesting to you based on general usage patterns while maintaining your privacy
- Improve app functionality and fix bugs - use technical data and crash reports to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth app operation
- Understand user interaction patterns - analyze how features are used to guide future development and enhance the learning experience
CCPA Opt-Out: You can opt-out of data sharing through device settings or by contacting us. California residents can exercise their CCPA rights by resetting their Advertising ID or contacting us directly for data deletion requests.
3. Data Control & Retention
Retention: Technical data stored for 13 months maximum - we limit data storage duration to what's necessary for app functionality, analytics, and security purposes
Your Control:
- Reset Advertising ID in device settings - easily reset your advertising identifier through your device's operating system privacy controls
- Limit ad tracking in privacy settings - restrict personalized advertising through your device's built-in privacy features
- Uninstall to remove all local progress immediately - permanently delete all your learning progress and test results by uninstalling the application
- Contact us for data deletion requests - request deletion of any technical data stored in our analytics systems by emailing us
4. Location Information
This Application does not collect precise location information. We do not track your geographical location or use location-based services for any purpose.
5. Third Party Services
We work with advertising networks that may collect technical data to support app functionality and display relevant advertisements. These partners are required to maintain appropriate data protection standards:

6. Age Restrictions
This application is intended for users aged 13 and above. The application itself does not collect any information from children under 13 and has no functionality to collect personal data. Your learning progress, test results, and app state are stored exclusively locally on your device.
Third-party advertising SDKs integrated in the app may collect technical data for advertising purposes, but this is separate from our app's core functionality. If we discover that advertising SDKs have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to ensure such information is deleted.
7. Security
We implement reasonable security measures for the limited data we collect, including technical safeguards and organizational controls to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. While we employ industry-standard security practices appropriate for the type of data we handle, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or app features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be indicated by updating the revision date at the top of this document, and we encourage users to periodically review this policy.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, delete, or restrict processing of your data under applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other data protection regulations. These rights can be exercised through device settings, by uninstalling the app, or by contacting us directly with your requests.
